Product and orders related questions

Orders can be placed by clicking on the "Add to Cart" link found in the item listing. If you wish to continue adding items, you may click on the menu top links or utilize the search function to find the item you want.


If you wish to amend the quantity for a specific item, type in the new quantity in the shopping and click on "Update Cart" or head back to the same product page to increase the order quantity.


You can utilize your reward points, discount codes and gift cards on the initial checkout page.


When you have added your required items to the cart, you can choose to checkout the order as a guest or as a registered member. Registration is free and members will have access to special offers, giveaways promotions.

ORDER PROCESSING

Paid orders will be processed and ready for dispatch within 2-4 working days.
Orders received after 9AM will be queued for processing on the next working day.
Orders are not processed over the weekend , public holidays and on days where our office will be closed (We will do a notice in advance on our website banner / facebook / Instagram).



Do note that we will need additional processing time for orders that contains customized item such as
LBV Name tag / Strimmers / Bear Name Tag / Customized nameplates and your order will be held until your complete order can be fulfilled.
Additional charges may apply for any further arrangement for separate delivery.
For a faster delivery experience of your other items, we kindly recommend placing a separate order.

We are unable to guarantee any amendment of orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed for any delayed notification by you.


Delay in order processing and dispatch can be expected during peak season and sale periods.

No, we will not be able to make any amendment of orders.
So please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.
Please kindly place a new order for your additional items.

Occasionally, a particular item may be out of stock due to high order volume, and we may not be able to fulfill all orders immediately.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and our customer care team will inform/contact you as soon as the stock is replenished.
Alternatively, you may choose to get a different color, design or product, or even a refund.

Unpaid order will automatically be cancelled within 48 hours if there happens to be an error processing the payment or any other error faced during the order flow.
If you have already paid for your order and if your order is still showing a ‘canceled’ status, do not hesitate to call us or email to soldiertalk.b2c@gmail.com with the following:


1) Order Number
2) Screenshot of payment being deducted, or any proof of payment has been made.

Self-Collection

To facilitate a more efficient retrieval of your orders, kindly provide us with the order number. This will enable us to assist you more effectively.


All orders must be collected within 14 days from your stated self-collection date.

If you are unable to do so, please contact us directly for further assistance. You can reach us at 62420333 or email us at soldiertalkb2c@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you in arranging the delivery (at your own cost) or alternatively, you can make arrangements with your preferred courier pickup (please ensure you have received acknowledgement from us before booking your courier).


Please note that all uncollected orders will be forfeited without a refund after 14 days from your stated self-collection date.

Local Deliveries

You can get free standard shipping / discounted express shipping for your order if you have spend $50 or more (after factoring in discount codes / reward point offsets).

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, Hotels, Shipyards, Tuas Link, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island and other islands in Singapore.

Any delivery fees paid when making an order with the delivery addresses mentioned above will be refunded and the order will be treated as a self collection order.

The order will only be available for collection within our Bedok North main office.

Delivery timeframes does not include the packing of your order upon confirmation.


Self Collection at Safti MI gift shop is only available for OCS Cadets not for public.

You won't be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed.
Drop us an email or call us directly and we'll do whatever we can to help.
Do note that shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments.


If we're too late and your orders are handed over or delivered by the time, we relay your request to our delivery team or partners, we may not be able to retrieve it.
So, contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments!

Your order will be delivered either by our own delivery team or by our shipping partner J & T Express.
You will receive the email notification with the tracking number for orders shipped via J & T for any delivery related issues you can contact J & T directly at 6393 6399 with the tracking number.

We’re sorry but we do not provide any refund for delivery charges for consecutive orders.


In order to avoid paying extra delivery charges, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.



We also do not allow any combination of orders as this is to ensure that every purchase order has a specific tracking number that will be accounted for.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our website and mobile app are now integrated with DHL Express.
After keying in your shipping address and selecting the destination country, the shipping charges will be generated automatically.


If you face any issues trying to order internationally, please drop us an email at soldiertalk.b2c@gmail.com so that we may assist you.

All international deliveries may be subjected to custom checks and duties at the shipping destination.
Any taxes or customs fees incurred with regards to your purchase are to be held responsible and fully payable by you.
For more information on parcels held for custom checks, please check with DHL for more updates and details.
Once the parcel has left Singapore to the destination country, we will not be able to conduct any checks on our end.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We regret to inform you that cancellation of orders is not allowed if your order has been processed.
If you would like to cancel your order immediately after placing the order, you will have to logon into your account and then access “My Account” and then navigate to “My Orders”.
Next, call us to request to cancel or email soldiertalk.b2c@gmail.com if it’s after our operating hours with your order number.


For non-registered members or guests, you can refer to the invoice emailed to your email account to get the order number and the list of your ordered items.

Refund for eligible orders will take 3-5 working days to be processed by our team.
Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email notification and thereafter it will take
7-10 working days for it to reflect in your statement.
We do not have any control over this process as the speed of the refund process is entirely at the bank’s own discretion.

We will like to apologize for any inconvenience caused if we have delivered incorrect or defective items.
Do contact us directly via email to arrange an exchange.
Issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery to soldiertalk.b2c@gmail.com with the following information:


1) Order Number
2) The product code of the item you ordered
3) The product code of the item you received.
4) Clear photo of defective area


Our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible for the arrangement of 1 to 1 exchange.
You or an appointed representative must be present to exchange the wrongly delivered item(s) with the correct item(s) with us.

Email your exchange request to soldiertalk.b2c@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery with the following information:


1) Order Number
2) The product code of the item you ordered
3) The product code of the item you wish to exchange to.


Exchange will be done strictly at our main office, and you can only exchange for an item of an equivalent or higher value.
The top-up in value can be paid by cash / UEN Paynow or through cards (NETS / Credit Card).

Exchange Condition:

  • Item must be in its original brand-new condition, and packed in the original transparent packaging, unused with all tags intact.
    Items will be inspected and in the event the item is found not suitable for exchange we reserves the right to reject the request.
  • Exchange is valid on regular-priced item.
  • Exchange is valid for orders shipped locally.
  • One-time exchange per order allowed.
  • Sales items, discounted items (includes items purchased during flash sales, with discount codes), intimates, accessories and specifically stated non-exchangeable items are not eligible for exchange.
Gift Card

Gift card can only be used online on www.dgsoldiertalk.com and is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-extendable.

Discount

  • Orders placed using discount codes or during sales and promotions are not applicable for exchange or returns, unless otherwise stated.
  • Discounts are only valid if the discount codes are entered at the time of purchase. We will not be able to apply discounts to your order once it has been placed.
  • Discount codes cannot be stacked.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or extended.
  • All discount codes used cannot be reinstated if orders are cancelled.
*Customers would not be able to redeem points as well as discount coupon codes / gift cards at the same time.

DGSOLDIERTALK COMMUNITY is a loyalty rewards program that allows you to earn points, redeem exciting rewards and enjoy special perks and free gifts! Signing up is free!


Reward points

Reward points can be earned through purchasing items ($1 for 1 reward point) and also for referral of friends. Any friend that is referred by you that signed up as a member and does a transaction, you will earn 50 loyalty points.


New signups will receive 100 reward points the next working day after verification of signup information.


  1. Customer will get 1 point for 1SGD$ spent.
  2. 20 reward points will be equal to 1SGD$.
  3. Maximum points collected per order is unlimited.
  4. Maximum points to be used per order is unlimited.
  5. Customer would not be able to redeem points as well as user discount coupon code at the same time.
  6. Minimum amount of balance points must be 100 and above before reward points can be used.
  7. Cart value in order to use reward points must be $10 or more prior to checkout.
  8. Referral of friends is currently capped at 5 friends maximum.

T&C: Points earned are based on your purchase amount (final paid amount), excluding discounts and shipping fees.
The purchase amount paid via Gift Cards will not earn points as well.
