The Chest Rig MOLLE Pouch II #3751 is a larger-capacity upgrade from the original Chest Rig MOLLE Pouch, designed to provide quick-access storage for essential field equipment while remaining compact and lightweight.

Designed to mount securely onto the front MOLLE panel of the SAF Load Bearing Vest (LBV) or any MOLLE-compatible platform, the pouch offers additional storage without compromising mobility.
