The Medical Gait Belt with Horizontal Grips are made out of MIL-SPEC velcros and measures 3 inches wide.

These belts are used to support wheel-chair bound patients when they need to be shifted from place to place (wheelchair to bed for example).

The Gait Belt comes with horizontal handles to allow the caretaker / helper to hoist the patient upwards when needed.

S size belts has 4 horizontal handles and M size belts comes with 5 horizontal handles.

Handles are cross-stitched for additional strength to prevent the handle stitches from breaking.

Size S is a good fit for skinny to normal sized patients while Size M fits normal sized to large patients.
