The peak cap bag is specially made to hold the peak caps used within the Singapore Armed Forces for Army / Navy / Airforce. This Midshipman peak cap pouch has an embroidered logo on the surface but has a smaller velcro patch below.

It can also fit peak caps used by commercial pilots provided if they are of the same size as the caps used by the SAF.
