The Rank Holder Insignia is a lighweight accessory which allows ranks to be attached onto the newest SAF Load Bearing System.
It has 2 straps, both top and bottom which can be looped around the LBS to hold it in place.
Both straps can be attached together via use of the velcro surfaces
